We unlocked this reward last week, or you should have! But wanted to share these recipes with others who have only decided to change their eating habit to strictly clean eating. You can substitute one of your clean meals with one of the these, especially after an intense workout session! They should help you feel refreshed and hydrated throughout the day or night. I normally drink one in the morning before or after breakfast. Plus, they are perfect for the weather!
1. All-Day Energizer
Ingredients: 1/2 mango | 1/2 banana | handful of fresh frozen blueberries | 4 oz. of apple juice | 1 tablespoon muesli | 2 tbsp plain yoghurt | a few ice cubes = throw all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Ingredients: 1 carrot | chunk of ginger, chopped | half a ripe avocado | quarter of a cucumber | 1 stick of celery | 4 oz. of apple juice | ice cubes = Chop all the vegetables in a blender. Blend with the apple juice until smooth.
3. Lean Green
Ingredients: 2 slices of melon | handful of fresh mint | 1/2 bag of fresh spinach | 1/2 a mango | quarter of a cucumber | 4 oz. of apple juice | 2 tbsp plain yoghurt | ice cubes = Put the spinach in a blender. Blend until reduced. Add everything else. Blend together until smooth.

Ingredients: 1 banana | 5-10 cherries | 4 oz. orange juice | 2 tbsp plain yoghurt | sprinkling of seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, etc.) | 4-5 walnuts | ice cubes = Deseed the cherries. Throw everything in a blender. Blend until smooth.
