The Three Keys to Loving Life Now

What is love? Love is the all encompassing energy, in which all is accepted and healed. Most of us know what it feels to be loved, even if it was only for a short time. Even better still, we know what it means to love something, anything, no matter how big or small. Imagine truly loving your life. Sounds like a big undertaking, I know!


Our life is comprised of many areas. For simplicity, we life coaches like to divide life into these seven categories, these of course vary form individual to individual:

personal finances, spirituality & well being, physical environment, relationship with friends and family, romantic relationship, career or business, health, Fun/hobbies & recreation. Do you love all areas of your life or do you love one area more than the other?

We most learn to ACTIVELY love our life or ACTIVELY start working towards that feeling now. I don’t mean to scare you, but the opposite of Love is ______. I’ll let you fill in the blank. Lets move towards Loving our Life Now!

Here are three keys to get you started:

  1. Make a list of 12 things you are grateful for right now. Decide to do this anytime you feel worried or stressed. Write these things down, the universe tends to pay attention when we write things down.
  2. Write down exactly what you know you need to do on order to get any area of your life to the point of Love.
  3. Decide now and commit to doing one small action everyday to get your life to a state of Love.

Ladies and gentlemen, you don’t have to wait for that special someone to enter your life to experience the magic of LOVE. You are the LOVE you have been waiting for. There is much LOVE and guidance in the world for those who find the path to LOVE challenging.
