musicandentertainment_logo

When the summer winds down and the music world prepares to enter the fourth quarter, artists release music left and right which can lead to sometimes missing out on incredible albums. Yet, I am here to give you some upcoming releases that you should be on the lookout for!

1. Big Sean | Hall Of Fame

Sophomore albums are exciting and Big Sean’s Hall Of Fame is no exception. Set to release on August 27th, it will be fascinating to hear whether Big Sean has matured (or not) since the 2011 release of Finally Famous. Fans can anticipate hearing Big Sean on a more personal level as he’s stated in an interview with Billboard:

“It tells my stories. You’re gonna get what I’ve learned, things that I’ve done, situations I’ve gone through and all of that. I think it’s going to definitely define me as an artist.”

After many changed release dates ( and court dates), Chris Brown is set to release his sixth studio album, X, on August 20th. The “Fine China” singer has a lot to prove with his name being synonymous with everything other than music this year. Seeing that Brown has hinted at retiring after the release of this album, one can expect it to be one to remember. No official album cover or track-list has been released yet.
