Big Faux fur Jackets
Big faux fur jackets are going to be huge this winter. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if you’d spotted some already. It doesn’t matter if you go for a more neutral color or something really bold and bright, so long as you invest in one of these! They are best worn with your favorite pair of skinny jeans and some great boots. They add amazing texture to an outfit and always look stylish.

The 70s revival isn’t going anywhere, so you’ll still see 70s shapes this winter. Flared jeans and trousers and bell sleeved blouses will still be all the rage, so don’t be afraid to invest in them if you like them. Lots of the 70s shapes and cuts look amazing with big faux fur jackets too – bonus!
The rucksack is the only bag to be seen in this winter. You could use your regular handbag or satchel, but the rucksack is just so much cooler. It looks wonderful with a grunge style outfit slung over one shoulder, but it can even work with something classier. There’s a style to suit everyone, so don’t be afraid to try it.
An oversized scarf will keep you nice and toasty, not to mention add an extra layer to your outfit. This means it’s great for adding texture too, especially if you pick one with a fun pattern or vibe. You don’t have too – you could easily go for something neutral so that it goes with everything. I like to wear my oversized scarf as a ‘snood’ sometimes!
Geometric patterns are the pattern of the winter, so make sure this is the pattern you’re seen in! Black and white works really well, but don’t be afraid to try other colors too.
Where would we be during the winter time without a good old fashioned polo neck? They can be layered so many different ways and help to keep us nice and snug. This will always be a basic for winter that everybody should have. Aran Sweaters Direct do a couple of different style polo necks; you’re bound to find something that suits you.
Suede dungarees add more texture to your outfit, which stops the whole thing from looking boring. Not only that, they can be layered with jumpers, jackets, tops, and more to make a funky layered look that suits you down to the ground.
Knee High Boots
Knee high boots were big last year, but they’re set to be even bigger this year. You can wear them in so many different ways, but I love how they look with an oversized sweater!
