Even though we’re still in the icy clutches of winter, bathing suit season is closer than you think. It’s just around the corner. If you think about it, it always is. That’s because it takes so long for us to work off that flab covering our muscles. First, we have to convince ourselves to actually do something about it. Then we have to start working on our diet and finally thinking about going to the gym again. It’s a long arduous process and it doesn’t always yield the results we want. That’s why we think you’re going to be pleased with this muscle building cheat sheet. It will tell you everything you need to know about building up muscle and shaving off fat fast. Sorting Out The Diet

First, we need to think about how to sort out our diet. We’re not going to be overly optimistic with the goals here. We know many people are going to struggle to give up the simplest of things. So how about this? Just aim for having one pudding a day and that’s all. That means no snacks or sweets. Have one pudding after one meal and leave it that. If you do this we think you’ll be surprised by the effect it has. The fact is that most of us, not all of us, but most of us would be eating healthy if we cut out the snacks. It’s the snacking that’s the killer.  As well as this, you can work on adding extra protein into your diet. This is a particularly good idea if you’re a guy and you want to put on a little muscle. Try eating some egg whites or almond nuts and see how far you get. Remember Kaley Cuoco went on a diet or nuts and water? Now look at her.

Using Supplements

Before you immediately start downing as many as you can find it’s important to realise supplements aren’t a miracle solution. We don’t care what you read online. If you start downing muscle milk, you won’t suddenly look like Chris Evans. It’s not going to happen! That said, supplements are an excellent way to increase the effect of a high protein diet. Note, we said increase the effect not create the result. One of the best protein supplements on the market is the AST-Sports Science Raptor. We think it’s great because it tastes delicious like dark chocolate. Remember, when using supplements always research them and make sure they haven’t got a bad rep. There are some supplements sold that are dangerous.

Who saw Deadpool last weekend and picked maximum effort as their new work out phrase? It’s perfect and describes exactly what you need to do. If you want the perfect body, you can’t slack off. You need to be working your but off to get it into the perfect shape. One weight lifter said that you can take all the supplements you want but unless you dedicate yourself you’re not going to get anywhere. He’s absolutely right, and while we described this as a cheat sheet there really is no cheating trying to get fit. You need to put the effort in or you’re not going to see the results. Good Luck.
