There are lots of diet plans out there, all of which preach different theories and ideas about the foods that we eat. But they can’t all work, can they? To start off with, you need to spend a couple of weeks eating no carbs at all. Then, you can slowly start to reintroduce them to your diet, but they still need to be limited.

The HCG Diet

Studies show that it isn’t just the food that we eat which plays a part in our body weight. The chemicals and hormones in our system also play a big part. And this is the whole premise behind the The HCG in its name stands for Human Chorionic Gonadotropin, which is a hormone that is present in both men and women. It is closely linked to the metabolism. The Mediterranean Diet

The Mediterranean Diet is popular with those who want to increase their overall health as well as lose some body fat. It’s basically the diet what people who live on the Mediterranean follow: plenty of whole grains, healthy oils, and fresh vegetables. As you can see, if you follow the Mediterranean Diet, it won’t be like following a diet at all. You can eat plenty of delicious Italian food as long as you don’t overdo all the cheese and pasta!
