One of the most common hang-ups that a lot of women have is stained teeth. There’s a common misconception that teeth should be perfectly white, when actually that’s not the case. Most people’s teeth are actually a creamy shade, instead of being white. However, sometimes teeth can become more stained than they should be thanks to foods and drinks that causing staining, such as red wine, for example. In these instances, undergoing teeth whitening can be an option worth considering, as this can reduce teeth staining and leave you with whiter teeth.

Despite the fact that facial hair is normal, a lot of women are embarrassed and upset by theirs. While facial hair is nothing to be ashamed of, there are plenty of effective ways that you can remove it, should you want to, such as by having Hollywood Skin IPL laser hair removal, or using wax or an epilating machine. Another option, if you don’t want to remove the hair, could be to bleach it, so it’s less noticeable.

Body size and shape

A lot of women’s’ confidence is affected by their body size and shape. Thanks to the bodies we see portrayed as normal in the media, a lot of women have body confidence issues. Women who are over a certain weight or dress size, who have a certain body shape, or have stretch marks, can often feel unhappy with their bodies, believing that they are not beautiful. If you feel this way, it’s important to understand that everyone is different and that’s not a reason not to love yourself for who you are.
