A true Southern Belle, is living out her dreams…

In a land known more for its slow pace and lack of entertainment, Charli D. Holbrook is changing the game. Charli, an MFA graduate of Howard University, is a native of Mississippi. Her emphasis is in Social/Digital Media, Public Relations, and Entertainment Marketing & Distribution. A 2010 Magna Cum Laude Bachelor of Science graduate, she studied Mass Communications at Mississippi’s Urban University, Jackson State. It was there that she developed her love for documenting all things lifestyle & entertainment related.

PSLOVECHARLI.COM was created in 2011 as the vision of Charli. Since her launch, she has interviewed the hottest local artists to Hollywood’s elite. Devoted to all things fashion, beauty, music & lifestyle, PSLOVECHARLI.COM is well on its way to making a mark in the professional blog industry. Along with her very supportive and successful parents, she lists industry executives — Yvette Noel-Schure (Beyonce’s long-time publicist) & Arianna Huffington (Founder of the Huffington Post) as major influencers on her career choices, goals + dreams.

Due to the motivated drive during her matriculation through Howard University, Charli got the opportunities to intern for popular NYC based Entertainment PR firm, Brandsway Creative & the corporate headquarters of BET Networks (Washington, DC). During each internship, she was able connect and network with industry execs, Sam Walker (Music Production Manager, BET), and business moguls Matt Levine & Kelly Brady (Brandsway Creative Founders).

Along with maintaining her own unique brand, Charli is currently PR Rep for southern indie Hip Hop artists SlimmPUSHA (ATL) and Chuck Tee (MS) as well as triple talented R&B music sensations, Super Jay (Oklahoma City, OK) and Tyler P.  PR rep for Brooklyn, NY based creative clothing company, NO MAYO. In addition, she is Social Media Manager for both brands: In My Skin Campaign + Haute Hair Extensions.

Previously, she was a publicist under the Tara Thomas Agency having the opportunity to work with clients like: VH1’s Love & Hip Hop ATL reality star Karlie Redd, Bravo’s Real Housewives Of ATL Mama Joyce & Sweden born pop star, MIZGIN.

She resides in the Washington, DC metro area.

I will forever thank God, my parents, close aunts and uncles for always being supportive. Thank you daddy & Uncle Josh for driving me to Washington, DC to live out my dream. I love you all — always. – Char

She is talking about Paige Hyland, another cast member of Dance Moms. There is no one named Kate. Also, the photos of the baby include Chloe and Paige, so that is who she meant. Thank you.
